FOR SALE: KENWOOD TS-520 TRANSCEIVER and MC-50 desk microphone. 100 watts out on 40 meters the other day. I have gone thru this radio and replaced the two HV electrolytics as well as four other electrolytics known to cause problems. I also went thru the VFO and completely removed all the congealed grease on the bearings and relubed and tightened the pressure spring on the back of the tuning cap for good contact. All knobs cleaned and front panel cleaned. Band switch and all other switches and controls cleaned and treated for continuity. Cabinet sanded and repainted. Pics available if interested.
